Use of this service does not guarantee immunity from regulatory audits or fines. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the preceding 12-month period.

Note: Access logs are collected to provide you with compliance documentation and audit trail protection as required by NY Labor Law § 201. These logs help demonstrate good faith compliance efforts.
